From his axiom of ahimsa (nonviolence), Gandhi derives two promising themes--sarvodaya (village-centered reconstruction assisting the downtrodden) and satyagraha(organized non-violent resistance to injustice)--and one theme (capitalist ’trusteeship’)-- that is less promising.
