Antyra Solutions, a boutique, integrated agency specializing in creative services, technical innovation and digital marketing, is celebrating a decade of growth, innovation, and resilience. From humble beginnings as a start-up, it has grown into a thriving organization, partnering with over 300 clients across 14 countries: a journey defined by a commitment to result-driven solutions, cutting-edge innovation, and trust.

Since day one, Antyra has set out to bridge the gap between fragmented digital solutions and integrated strategies tailored for success. This consultative approach has consistently delivered measurable outcomes, from driving billions of rupees in sales to spearheading award-winning digital transformations.

Reflecting on this milestone, Chairman and Chief Executive Niranka Perera attributes the company’s success to solid operating processes and the unwavering dedication of the Antyra team. “Our growth wouldn’t have been possible without our team’s resilience and our clients’ trust,” he notes. A software, web and digital marketing veteran with two decades of experience, Niranka has led campaigns for global brands and continues to push the boundaries of innovation in Sri Lanka.

What inspired you to start Antyra Solutions, and what was your vision for the company? How has the journey been thus far?

When we started Antyra, the digital revolution was already gaining momentum. While many agencies were in the market, the landscape felt fragmented. Few approached digital marketing with a solutions-driven mindset—understanding where clients wanted to go and building a tailored pathway to get there.

We often saw agencies specializing in just one or two services, pushing those offerings rather than focusing on achieving a client’s goals. Recognizing this gap, Rohan, Naveen, and I, drawing from our international experience, believed we could bring a fresh, consultative approach to the market.

Antyra began in a spare bedroom and has since grown to serve  300+ clients across 14 countries. Today, we also operate sales offices in the US and Singapore. It’s been a rewarding 10-year journey of growth, innovation, and collaboration, fueled by a commitment to helping clients succeed.

What gives Antyra Solutions a unique edge in the market?

A commitment to excellence, with a focus on process and structure for repeatable results, has shaped our journey. We’ve built a solid foundation through trial and error with standardized operating procedures and extensive training programmes. Remarkably, our entire digital marketing management team started as interns and grew within the company. This approach has ensured consistency and resilience, even during economic crises, by maintaining a robust knowledge base and execution capability.

From a client perspective, we pride ourselves on a solutions-driven approach. We start by asking clients what success looks like and transparently align with their expectations. This clear communication is reinforced by a structured reporting system, ensuring clients are fully informed about every aspect of our work.

It’s not just technology or services that set us apart—our methodology and unwavering focus on understanding and delivering on client goals truly differentiate us in the market.

Can you give examples of how you are helping businesses unlock their potential with tech?

We’ve played a pivotal role in helping Sri Lankan brands achieve Rs15 billion+ in pure online transactions by taking a performance-driven approach. Our strategy begins with understanding client objectives, whether market entry, customer retention, or business development. From there, we map out phased plans to achieve their goals, always letting the client define what success means. For instance, in e-commerce, success often centres on revenue, where we’ve increased revenue for local brands by up to 500%.

Our expertise also extends to helping Sri Lankan brands thrive in global markets, such as a prominent tea brand in Australia, which grew by 300% online with our support. We adopt a consultative process, tailoring our solutions to match each client’s vision—whether it’s a comprehensive strategy or specific deliverables like website development.

We’ve earned global recognition, securing four of the top five web awards in the world, including multiple Awwwards and a Grand Winner Award at the NYX Marcom Awards.

What trends will shape the future of Antyra Solutions, and what are your plans for growth and expansion?

We heavily invest in technology, particularly AI, as it represents a transformative shift for our agency. AI is not just a tool but a value addition that enhances our operations and future-proofs our business. Our approach centres on “human effort enhanced by AI,” ensuring a balance between innovation and personal touch.

One example of our AI focus is in the hotel industry, where we are developing natural language processing solutions. These tools can handle availability, rates, and inventory inquiries while translating calls in near real-time. For instance, a customer speaking Russian can communicate seamlessly with a Sri Lankan agent in English. This project is in the prototype stage.

In addition to AI, we’ve introduced white-label solutions for small agencies globally, helping them accelerate campaigns without extensive resources. With 10 active projects underway, we’re expanding this offer rapidly.
