A few weeks into the job you begin to realise that you have become part of an amazing family and you don’t see Collective as a workplace. I have been valued, taken care of, and guided through my professional and personal life by Collective RCM.

No matter where I go in life, Collective will always have a special place in my heart. I have achieved some dreams much faster than I ever thought I could. I started my career journey in RCM Operations, but the leadership team recognising my potential in Human Resources Management and Administration invited me to take the plunge and switch professions. That turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. It was a great learning opportunity, and I managed to conquer the roles and responsibilities assigned to me. Like everyone else in the company, I am so grateful for the opportunities Collective RCM has given me and look forward to many more successful years at Collective.

When I walked into my interview with Collective, I was surprised by the friendly communication and down-to-earth behaviour of the Collective team. Collective was my first job when I was 18 years old. In general, when you start your first job, you do it for the experience and to see if it’s something you want to pursue further.
