Additionally, Amused Group benefited from strong local connections through its leadership, who operate from the company’s Australian head office, facilitating a smooth setup and growth of operations.

So far, Amused Group has committed around Rs. 1 billion to its Sri Lankan operations, with plans for further investments, recognizing the untapped potential in the region. By investing in Sri Lanka, Amused Group intends to send a positive message to potential Australian investors, showcasing the opportunities and benefits of expanding into this dynamic market. Despite the challenges, the team remained motivated and driven throughout the process. They possessed the resources and expertise to collaborate with local vendors and manufacturers, enabling them to efficiently set up a significant portion of the office infrastructure with the inauguration of its corporate office in July.
