Having concluded the civil and structural phases in 2021, the company completed only 30% of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing by the end of the year. The balance work will commence after a comprehensive review of the leisure industry during the next 20 months, the company said in its 2021 annual report. JW Marriott will manage the property once developed.
