Modern Pack Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a packaging company, is recycling plastic yogurt cups into agriculture trays used for growing plant and vegetable seedlings. The trashed yogurt cups are collected from around 600 companies in partnership with INSEE Ecocycle. According to the company, the carbon footprint of over 50 yogurt cups is negated by a single tray, which can hold up to 60 plants.
