Who is your inspiration, and Why?
It depends on what I am trying to deal with; there are many role models I look up to, either my peers or people who have done things differently and lived on their terms.
If you were to write a book, what would it be about?
Slaying It.

Randu for short or Randy.
What would you say to your younger self?
Chill out, and never compromise on personal well-being for work.
What are the personal things that you dislike?
Status Quo, untapped potential makes me restless.
What are your favourite quotes or words to live by?
Less is more.
What does being a female mean to you?
Being at a status of power
What are you most grateful for?
Many things: the opportunities I have, the country that I live in, the people that I meet, having my life, I think it will be an endless list.
One word that best describes you?
Disruptive.
What is the one missed opportunity you wish you could have a second chance at?
Practising my arts more, drama, painting, etc. These things I practised until I was 25, and I would love to pick them up again.
What does equality mean to you?
Everybody has access to opportunity.
What trends are you into nowadays?
I am the trend!
What is your deepest fear?
I fear boredom, of not being in a place doing things that resonate with my heart or what I believe in. I also fear feeling stuck; I fear being there and constantly strive to be out of anything that makes me feel that way.
How do women see themselves as leaders?
Capable and powerful!
How do you balance work and life?
By setting clear boundaries, having the right team, going by the principles of less is more, doing what is essential and doing it well, and knowing what to prioritize in my personal life and work. Time management and delegation are super important. Saying yes and no and what makes me happy are also important.
What advice do you have for young women aspiring to be all they can be?
Go out there and be yourself, do your thing, be uncompromising, and have empathy. Listen, be confident, and do not be arrogant because that will not take you anywhere
